All authors submitting to IMDH 2026 are expected to adhere to the highest standards of ethical conduct. The following principles apply to all manuscripts and presentations.

1. Reporting Standards & Data Availability

Present an accurate and objective account of the work, with sufficient detail and references to allow replication. Underlying data should be retained and made available upon reasonable request.

2. Originality and Acknowledgement of Sources

Submitted work must be entirely original. Proper citation must be given for any use of others' work, ideas, or words. Plagiarism in any form-including verbatim copying, paraphrasing without attribution, or reusing one's own previously published material without disclosure-is strictly prohibited.

4. Multiple, Redundant or Concurrent Publication

Manuscripts must not have been published previously, nor be under consideration elsewhere. Simultaneous submission to multiple conferences or journals is unethical. Expanding on a previously published preliminary report is permissible, provided that earlier work is appropriately cited.

5. Authorship

Authorship is limited to those who have made significant contributions to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the study. All co-authors must approve the final version and agree to its submission. Any changes to authorship after submission require written consent from all authors.

6. Compliance with Legal and Ethical Standards

Research involving human subjects must follow the Declaration of Helsinki and obtain informed consent; animal studies must adhere to ARRIVE guidelines and applicable regulations. All authors must disclose any competing financial or personal interests. Funding sources and their roles should be clearly stated.
