1. One registration covers: 1) access to all sessions; 2) conference materials and participation certificate (either hard copy or electronic); 3) coffee break, lunch buffet on the conference day; 4) other social events accordingly;

2. A valid student ID (original or photocopy) is required for the discount price;

3. If cancellation of your registration becomes necessary, requests must be made formally via email before July 31, 2026;
